Eligibility for a Refund:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper care
