Solavele Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping — United States:

- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
- Cost: Free on all orders
Delays: While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Solavele is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier issues outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@solavele.com or call (347) 552-2988 and we will investigate immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days at support@solavele.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
